Antipasto salad

A few friends came for dinner a while back and we had a lot of leftovers, so the following night we whipped up this beautiful antipasto salad platter. What I love about this is that there are delectable meats and salty olives, but also many types of fresh veggies.

I was inspired by a Jamie Oliver recipe for winter crunch salad, but was not a fan of the sauce recipe. We made our own mayo and used that for a Caesar salad-inspired dip instead (recipe coming soon).
